NOTE TO NSA 300H OWNERS-- On some NSA 300H units, customers have reported finding the head (cap) "super glued" onto the tank, necessitating a complete system change-out (head and all) when the media bed in the main tank became expended. We must leave it to our customers to determine whether you have one of the 300Hs with the head glued onto the tank, or whether the tank can be separated from the head assembly -- meaning you may only need the replacement tank to do the change-out. NONE of our systems are glued together, so you can spend less by changing-out the media tank only when it comes that time.
